This bohemian queen's floaty gypsy skirt is made from
100% light cotton Jersey for dramatic fullness without
the extra fabric weight. The wide smocked waistband
can be worn high or low on the hips,or can even be
pulled up over the bust to wear as a dress.
There are 3 tiers in the skirt with plain standard inward
sewn seam allowances that are sewn with a new stretchy
stitch.
